Which enterprises can be considered as SMEs?
For this initiative, we consider SMEs as all the enterprises with less than 250 employees.
I have already identified a young European worker that I would like to employ. Can I benefit from YfEj financial support?
It is not possible to benefit from YfEj financial supports (both for the employers and the jobseekers) if the recruitment has not been carried out through YfEj or EURES network.
I would like to employ a young European worker, but I am not sure what kind of integration programme I could provide him/her.
You can contact our YfEj Advisers, and they will help you identify your needs and define an appropriate and feasible integration programme to offer to the newly hired worker.
I am a public company: may I participate in Your first EURES job?
All legally established businesses can participate. Only the placement with European institutions and bodies and other international policy, economic, social and scientific organisations (such as the UN, OECD, Council of Europe) as well as supra-national regulatory bodies and agencies are not eligible.
However, only SMEs are entitled to receive the financial support.
