The project organises cultural and vocational exchanges for 8 aspiring young Export Managers (18-35 years old), 4 from Italy and 4 from Serbia. The project entirely funds a 9 days study visit to help aspiring young export managers acquire the tools needed for functional socio-cultural understanding through direct experience in the partner country's territory, so that a professional inclusion in Italy (Rome) and Serbia (Belgrade) respectively can be realized.
The project, funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is implemented by Forma Camera, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.
